Responsibilities of this job included: planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers, ensuring that health and safety regulations are met, determining quality control standards, overseeing production processes, re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary, organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, supervising the work of junior staff, organizing relevant training session, managing human resources... Working at BioGnost Ltd as a Head of Logistics Department allowed me to do a variety of things and my focus was mainly on leading my logistics team and building strong relationships with companies and individuals working in logistics industry. That job also gave me the opportunity to improve internal processes, manage corporate strategy and improve organization chart. Because I’m knowledge driven enthusiast I was working hard in learning about logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, transport rules and limitations, custom procedures and services. My main responsibilities was supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation and research ideal shipping techniques, routing and carriers, update and evaluate budgets and expenditures and ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and ISO requirements.I’m very passionate and enjoy learning about the trends that technology is taking in order to work more efficiently and see progress and success. Whether its cloud service, network protocol, software, system or desktop administration or the future needs of a department’s wireless technology. Efficiency is huge to me, and I have a passion for finding new and more productive ways to reach goals. Mapping out the technological solutions for the future is an important way to ensure efficiency is reached in every process possible. In my free time I enjoy cycling, traveling/hiking the outdoors, driving RC cars and drones, and of course – spending time with my family.
