• Prepare the report on currently running Public Finance Management information systems in North Macedonia • Prepare the list, describe existing business processes in the MoF information systems: Treasury System, Budget Preparation System, Public Debt System, Foreign Assistance Management Application (FAMA), and list the flaws in the systems,• Describe the existing connection of MoF information systems with external systems and list flaws in their communication• Propose the ICT governance framework and technical capacity of the MoF ICT unit(s) managing existing infrastructure, • Propose the functional requirements for design of business processes in line with the new Organic Budget Law (OBL) that can be implemented through new IFMIS (Budget Execution, General Ledger, Assets, Budget Preparation, Debt Management)• Propose the functional requirements for general IFMIS modules like: Data Warehouse and Web Portal, Document Management System, etc.• Propose the functional requirements for automated data exchange between IFMIS modules and external systems (like: HRM, information systems of: Employment Agency, Tax Office, Customs, Other MDAs in charge for collection of revenues)• Propose the technical requirements of the IFMIS technical architecture including data centres and network connections for all stakeholders involved in PFM operations

• Responsible for the Budget Preparation System (BPS) module within FMIS from content side• Reviewing integration to other systems from BPS perspective• Evaluating technical design of the BPS (based on MS SQL Server and .NET technology), perform Software Quality Assurance and proactively support the process of performance tuning of BPS• Responsible for checking Test Cases (TC) against agreed documents; evaluate requirements for test data based on prepared TCs; and evaluate MoF comments on executed TCs.• Reviewing Performance test analysis with focus on BPS; prepare and evaluate with MoF process in BPS to be in scope of Performance testing• Evaluating and prioritizing critical defects found in BPS and proactively manage resolution with BS supplier
