Analyzing processes and designing IT systems that support INA Group's business goals, and as a project manager and process analyst also responsible for meeting related business requirements with appropriate IT solutions.

As the Head of Business Services department my main responsibilities are to coordinate, organize and manage all activities related to the processes of Business Services Dept. in accordance with legislation, internal regulations, company policies, and authorities in order to ensure smooth Company's operations and maintenance of the company's property through continuous improvement of business activities.Responsibilities are as follows:• Management and maintenance of company assets and investment planning for assets that are not directly related to production or sales,• Management and procurement supervision for all the non hydrocarbonated materials, resources and services needed for the operations of the INA MAZIVA (INA Lubricants Ltd.),• Organizing and supervising the coordination and management of activities for technical maintenance (Facility management),• Coordination with external contractors for all the necessary actions required for the execution of contracted work and coordination of activities for the implementation of outsource solutions by third companies,• Monitoring and supervision of activities in regards to the telecommunications equipment (fixed and mobile lines),• Organizing and supervising the collection, storage and safekeeping of company archives and records,• Organizing and supervising coordination for the maintenance of the business IT system and IT infrastructure and ensuring its functionality.

As the Head of the IT department (Information Services Business Unit) and CIO for INA MAZIVA Ltd. I’m responsible for all areas of IT support within the company including telecommunications, implementation of all IT projects, budget planning, IT contracts with outsourcing companies and organization within the business unit itself.

Programmer in IT department resposible for all "in house" developed applications. Applications include; procurement, sales, production, labs, controling, human resources, salary, taxes, online banking etc. as a part of INA MAZIVA ERP system. Also, I’m responsible as system administrator for Pserie IBM servers running AIX OS, Unixware and SUSE Linux and as Database Administrator for ORACLE databases.

Former Info Opus d.o.o. now IN2 Group. Worked on ERP systems, Platinum tools like Forest & Trees, developed and maintained software for medium and large Croatian companies. Custom made solutions through OPUS*ERP system covering sales, bookkeeping (suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger), salary calculations, online banking, warhousing etc.

Resposible for various areas as technician (procurement, retail, cash flow, controling)
