• Handling end to end recruitment process• Staff Planning, Budgeting, Recruitment and Selection of new hires for various roles across the organization.• Prepare Job Description and advertising vacancies internally and externally in various job portals.• Screening and short-listing candidates profiles from the Oracle iRecruitment software(ATS).• Interviewing candidates and scrutinizing their skill sets and work experience along with the Hiring Manager.• Updating and maintaining candidates' information in Oracle iRecruitment Solution software (ATS).• Conducting background checks and verifying the references, work experience and academic qualifications of applicants. • Negotiating on compensation and benefits.• Drafting employment offers and contracts for new hires.• Interface with candidates and International placement consultants throughout the hiring process to avoid on boarding delays.• Onboarding process for the new hires.• Maintaining, updating new employee records in System and in files.• Conducting exit interviews• Issue day to day correspondence to executives, line managers and new hires.• Provide administrative support to the HR Director in regards to assigned projects and general HR administration duties.• Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are met for all the new hires.• Compiling information and generates Monthly Status reports.• Liaise with the Payroll department regarding employee compensation and benefits.• Performing general HR admin duties.

• Coordinate and support the Recruitment and selection process for Medical and Allied Health Staffing.• Screening applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications for easier evaluation by the Department heads.• Schedule and Coordinate Interviews with Hiring Panel and candidates• Writing up the employment offers for new employees.• Liaise with the Hiring Manager and the candidates throughout the hiring process.• Onboarding for the new hires.• Building, maintaining and updating new employee files.• Designing and distributing starter packs for the new employees.• Liaise with the Medical Professionals to obtain the Medical License from the Ministry of Health.• Organizing staff time-sheets.• Generates Monthly Status Reports.• Organize Meetings and prepare presentations.• Provide administrative support to the Medical Recruitment Manager in assigned projects and general admin duties.
