Master’s thesis directed at predicting the onset of bradycardia in preterm infants using non-parametric density estimation and machine learning. ECG signals are preprocessed and analyzed in R and MATLAB using signal processing concepts and the automated algorithm is designed to predict the onset of bradycardia with a 5% error rate.
