- Solving complex problems and developing end-to-end strategies to support the ambitions of organisations in the FMCG, Asset Management, Public Health, Non-Profit space, among other sectors and sub-sectors- Supported the implementation of a due diligence exercise for a beverage manufacturing multinational - Conducted full-scale review of organisational structure, practices and processes to develop a five-year growth strategy - Supported Firm Business Development efforts through the development of proposals, letters of engagement and other collateral to communicate our suitability to solve dynamic and complex problems for a host of clients across industries - Developed a country strategy to support a Private Foundation in deploying the right initiatives to address current and future youth unemployment- Supported the design and implementation of office culture initiatives; moderating panel discussions with industry leaders, among other activities. - Managed multiple competing deliverables as well as support team functions ranging from researchers to designers.

Having explored the social sector space across a number of problem areas (Youth Development, Education, Public Health worker support, Financial Inclusion, etc.) , working at Dev-Afrique was an opportunity to gain a more technical view into problem solving through geospatial analytics. My short-term role was centered on:- driving cross-industry stakeholder engagement through events and other channels - developing a full-scale strategy for ensuring the sustainability of stakeholder cells - establishing a profile of relevant stakeholders for the organisation to maintain in its Rolodex- managing a team of people to deploy and implement in-country meetings of public and private sector stakeholders involved in geospatial analysis for social impact - supporting international development organisations (particularly health teams) in developing and deploying engagement plans

- Proposal development for Mastercard Foundation initiatives: COVID-19 Resilience and Recovery Program, and Young Africa Works Program — resulting in the creation of Project SafeUp and Kafawa respectively- Donor management and reporting: metrics tracking and results monitoring for effective monthly and quarterly program reporting- Budgeting and quarterly/annual financial monitoring, including internal system design for spend tracking- Monitoring/tracking system development and design, as well as intervention planning- Stakeholder relationship management strategy and implementation — from beneficiaries to implementing partners to vendors to donor representatives, amongst others - Multi-channel communications strategy design and implementation, with a focus on thought leadership strategy design for behavioural and mindset shaping- Design of research and evaluation approaches for program and donor learnings repository- Team recruiting, management and training for effective support services across the various program areas
