Day to day Account Opening Journey completing full KYC & KYB checks for our small to medium enterprise business customers. Discussing products & needs that’s requires for their business such as Free agent, World-pay etc. Also worked for -Fulfilment team processing escalated accounts & remediation work.-Complex team dealing with Community & club accounts.

Preparing and conducting huddles/comms in a fun and engaging way as well as helping the team to set and achieve their objectives. Working closely with Team Leader and analysing MI to identify trends and enhance team performance to make sure they are clear, capable and motivated to carry out their role.Dealing with escalated Manager calls and regaining customer trust by resolving the issue. Conducting Daily huddles, mops, rounds & coaching sessions.Taking ownership of process improvement and seeing through implementation of change from end to end. Overseeing core daily, weekly and monthly MI to ensure business and financial targets being met. Manage & monitor performance & KPI’s. Conducting Daily huddles, mops, rounds & coaching sessions. Decision Making in Disciplinary Hearings, Grievance Meetings, note taking etc.
