Registered Staff Nurse in Medical & Surgical Ward• Following the nursing procedures for accommodating, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating daily individual patient care.• Plans and implements patient care services• Keep accurate medical records of patients• Make the best use of available resources when caring for patients• Obtaining history, examining patients, collecting specimens, and assisting the patient in receiving necessary investigations.• Providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, administering emergency drugs, and helping with endotracheal intubation. Using oxygen nebulizers and administering medicines (oral, tropical, rectal) as well as injections (intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous)• Obtains the results of the investigation from the labs and diagnostic centers• Follow all the medication instructions• Maintain proper segregation and disposal of biomedical waste.• Adheres to infection control protocols• Managing the discharge process and ensuring high-quality nursing care• Taking care of pre and post-operative patients of CABG, MVR, AVR, and ASD closure.• Care of patients after the angiogram, PTCA, PPMI, EPS study, and CRTD.• Assisting in cardiac emergencies like CPR, Defibrillation.• Assisting procedures like endotracheal intubation, echocardiography, endoscopy, Ryles tube insertion Foleys catheter insertion.• Maintenance of stock and equipment.
