I was develop my teaching career as Training director of the company.One of my roles is to impart IRATA courses in AV training centers. Currently,I’m developing a thorough rope access training manual and designing training strategic plans and the work agenda for 2014.I was combine my position as training director with the site Works procedures and with the supervision of works for the Oil & Gas and offshore wind energy industrial sector. I also take charge of performing the usual rescue drills for Offshore AV technicians.
