Ensure project is executed within agreed resources, budget and scope. Recommending resource allocation and setting up communication channels across organization Understanding and coordinating client's needs / enhancements, customization of product accordingly and consulting with technical team to provide solutions as per delivery schedules Execute role of scrum master and ensure teams adhere to all scrum practices Build and maintain high-performance engineering team, recruiting, guiding decisions, provide training and career counseling, and mentoring for peak performance of team Assign people to projects and monitor work progress against estimates Be escalation point for resolving exceptions and clearing roadblocks for teams Ensuring that change requests are captured in change request log for negotiating with client to buy extra time or resources for successful project completion Maintain a risk & mitigation plan to make sure the project always s stay s on track Interfacing with the Customers/onsite & providing better solutions Mentored/Imparted training to new team members as and when needed.,Problem Management : Recording new problem with new categorization and prioritization, Problem identify, Maintain known error database , produce management report, RCA approval. Time closure of problem tickets within agreed SLA/KPI. Coordinate between client & team to ensure preventive action . Change Management : Responsible for controlling the life cycle of all change request to IT infrastructure to minimize risk of change & disruption to the IT environment. Approve /Reject Change records in service now. Responsible to production release checklist. Incident management : Maintain user role & access profile , Manage access to services based on policies and action defined. Grant access to Services, Services group, data or functions, only they are entitled to that access. Revoke access rights when needed on timely basis.
