About Sinyi Wang

In the summer of 2024, after nearly two decades in the corporate world, I transitioned from an Asia Director at Microsoft to a global freelancer, focusing on community service and education. Currently, I am a 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫 for World Vision Taiwan, a 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭 with my pen name 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐌𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐀, and a 𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫 for over 7 years at various universities on subjects of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, and 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 for 1000+ students. Being a PMP with PMI in good standing for 18 years, I am now a student at the International Coaching Academy towards my bilingual PCC with ICF.
