This includes employing advanced SEO techniques to improve our website's search engine ranking and executing targeted social media campaigns to amplify our brand's online footprint. In charge of maximizing the visibility and success of our SaaS products in the market, I designed targeted marketing campaigns, developed key messages, and provided crucial information to our sales teams. My role involved market and user research, creating compelling value propositions, as well as producing attractive promotional materials to drive our growth and customer engagement.

Managing 5 big global accounts and delivering of 20 campaign projects for medical companies (Sanofi and Novartis). The projects consisted of creating marketing strategy proposals, promotional materials (ads, videos, brochures, eDA), workshops and conference management.- Customer experience: Collection of customer needs, definition of KPIs and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Product development: creation of marketing concepts, briefs the creative and editorial teams for the packaging/video/brochures and product design.- Project management: creation of schedules, budgets, project orders, cost estimates and invoices (SAP Fiori).- Event coordination: ATTD congress 2022 in Barcelona and workshops for clients.

In charge of driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships and optimizing the visual representation of merchandise in store.- I optimized the store's performance by monitoring key performance indicators (budget objective, customer acquisition, conversion rate, loyalty, average basket, etc.).- I increased customer loyalty by 10% in one year thanks to CRM activities (Microsoft AX CRM system).- Achieved the highest customer service score among mystery shoppers in the European region and won five sales challenges.

Digpro is a leader in network information systems (NIS) for utilitiesand telecommunications in Scandinavia. My responsibilities were to followand create test specifications for NIS systems based on Oracle Spatial and Java, to report possible bugs in the systems and to resolve technical problems with developers.
