Analyse the global sponsored editorial output, including content about popular films and numerous video series. I manage numerous regular and ad-hoc reporting requests and deliver them to a wide range of stakeholders of varying seniority. I also help to generate ideas for editorial content.

Produced regular and ad-hoc business reports to help stakeholders understand performance statistics and to provide information about the customer journey, helping to drive marketing campaigns. I also performed analysis of our customer service to ensure we are delivering an effective service and co-ordinated actions for improvement across teams. Investigated customer behaviour to identify pain points and persuade stakeholders to make recommended changes to improve customer experience.
