I am founder, owner and director of Archco Developments Limited. A property development company established in 2009 and awarded for being the fastest growing female led business in 2016 as published by the Financial Times. I pride my self on delivering Quality and innovative developments with a superior attention to detail before, during and post completion.I have a fantastic team with a close 'family' feel that echoes through the company and filters down to the way we treat our consultants, sub contractors and clients alike.Mainly, we develop niche residential developments but we have also delivered mixed use and commercial schemes. We take on sites without planning and take them right through the process from acquiring planning, building out the scheme and finally renting or selling. My aim is to continue delivery high quality homes and units which are efficient in every way that they can be, from sustainability to functionality, whilst refusing to compromise on quality and visual appeal.Alongside this, I want to attain planning gain on those difficult green belt and conservation sites (an area which we have much experience) ready for other developers to deliver. At the same time as continuing to grow our own portfolio.
