I have worked in the environmental regulatory and consulting arena for the past 19 years. I have experience conducting multi-media compliance audits, performing due diligence reviews for property transactions, and evaluating facilities waste management practices. I have evaluated the nature and extent of contamination and the cost of remediation at dozens of historical and operating industrial and waste disposal sites. In addition, I have performed cost estimating services to EPA in support of rule making efforts and review of hazardous waste generation and management information.
