As the Foundation Coordinator for San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital Foundation, I have managed and coordinated all facets of the Foundation’s fundraising special events, increasing revenues by 12% to 15% for each event annually. I have been instrumental in establishing new donor outreach and stewardship efforts, including email communications, newsletters, and donor appreciation communications and events. I coordinate all direct-mail and marketing efforts as it relates to the Foundation. I have led the Foundation in Board and staff development and education, organizing all Board and staff trainings and retreats, and establishing a Board installation event. I maintain and update all donor records and reports, accounting and banking records, Board agendas, meeting minutes, and special committee agendas and reports. I assist in strategic planning, management action planning, and goal setting. I coordinate community outreach efforts for the Foundation and the Foundation Board.In addition to my responsibilities in my Foundation Coordinator role, as a Hospital associate of San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, I have been certified in Disaster Preparedness and First Responder trainings. I am knowledgeable in Live Process reporting, Incident Command Systems, Standardized Emergency Management Systems (SEMS), National Incident Management Systems (NIMS), and have been certified in Hospital Decontamination Team Training. As a Hospital associate, I have also been a part of the Wellness Is Now Committee, leading wellness and health efforts in our Hospital and community.
