Event management: Coordinated UTC CCS business unit Automated Logic with the planning of their 2018 conference in West Palm Beach, FL. Led employee engagement activities and CCS support of the UTC-sponsored Honda Classic, a PGA Tour golf tournament. Project management: Managed the technical review plan for the UTC Center for Intelligent Building's assets. The UTC Center for Intelligent Buildings, currently under construction, will be a highly advanced building with interactive displays showcasing UTC Climate Controls & Security's many brands. Created and launched digital marketing assets for the new UTC Center for Intelligent Buildings in the form of brochures, presentations and videos.

Managed Pratt & Whitney's internal & executive news desk. The role involved providing support to P&W's business units to cover stories and events, developing story ideas from concept to completion and leveraging content on the internal intranet and external website/social media channels. Supported the human resources department, and managed content for our Diversity & Inclusion campaign as well as our recruitment and retention initiatives. Managed story series internally/externally like Trivia Tuesday, Throwback Thursday, Intern Spotlight features and employee achievement pieces. Provided editorial support on crisis communications and time sensitive materials. Assisted with preparation for air shows, special events and company announcements. This included support during the P&W Media Day event and the A320Neo flyover and walk-through. Managed vendor relationships to create annual United Way campaign video.
