Work based with Children and young people from the ages of 8 to 18, within a residential setting for children and young people with EBD. As a senior my responsibilities are managing a small team alongside another senior and a manager to make sure that children and young people recieve the best possible life outcomes. I enjoy this role as it is rewarding to see the possible growth and development young people and children can achieve from the most difficult compromising backgrounds. Equally to know that a difference is made, this cannot always be easy but the role is diverse and has many skills to offer.

* Helping to aid and assist an individual with complex needs ( quadraplegic Cerebral Palsy,non verbal).* Providing a voice and being a communicator for my assisted individual within a buisness accountancy setting. * Knowledge of safeguarding and manual handling of a young person,children and adults.* In work based training on fire evacuation training using a fire evacuation chair as well as how to use hoist. In and out of electronic format.*Understanding of how to help users with electronic based wheelchairs.* Diary management and administration experience of booking rooms, events and collating data.
