Part time teacher in Art and Design. Full time Eco Warrior! Aiming to reduce clothing waste and improve social opinions of consumerism through my teaching and my role as Director of ZERO. I've always focused on sustainability and following the 6 R's as classroom gospel. Through ZERO, I aim to reach a wider audience and get people RE-thinking their clothing habits.I've studied for and developed a career in Lecturing Fashion, Textiles and Art. I've worked in a variety of environments, mainstream and special secondary units, college and university. I've taught adults through both Liverpool and Knowsley councils. My passion is supporting students to see their own potential and nurture the development of their skills for their own growth. After having children, I started a business with an online shop making textile based gifts and 3D art which is ongoing.
