The Challenge: The learning landscape remains even more relevant than ever. Employees want engaging interesting content that allows them to develop existing skill or learn new ones. Engaged motivated employees who enjoy learning translates into productive employees. AI has enormous potential to assist in this but in such a rapidly changing landscape getting a handle on what is or is not possible, practical, or effective can appear daunting.My role is to provide the technical expertise in evaluating needs, designing a process, and identifying the best digital solutions to meet the needs of the organisation. To do this I focus on key areas of:• Design strategies for implementing AI driven solutions for L&D• Navigate educational technology platforms• Ensure best practices for AI adoption including compliance are followed• Measurement strategies to ensure that the investments made deliver the desired results

Design compelling learning programmes that help to build learners knowledge, change behaviour and instil a sense of curiosity about a particular topic.

Directed a diverse team of maintenance supervisors, engineers, 30 mechanical, electrical and instrumentation craftsmen to achieving personal and professional goals. Ensured production equipment maintained to enable manufacturing within schedule and to budget. Leveraged Best Practices across the Janssen chemical sites, as a team member of the Janssen Global Maintenance team.

Led a multidisciplinary team from Janssen, Engineering Consultants, and contractors the design, commission and validation of utility systems supporting the construction of a new sterile manufacturing facility. Developed training programmes to ensure the timely handover of systems to maintenance and production teams.

Responsible for site critical utility systems, such as Process Water (WPfCS, WFI, CS), HVAC, N2. Compiled supported documentation for internal and external audits such as FDA, HPRA. Developed the Utilities technician role. Liaised with production teams to train operators on the operation of the critical utility systems.

Liaised with external software consultants to design and implement SAP PM module. Created training materials and delivered training to all end users.
