    I am excited to announce...after more than six years of successfully building and leading the People and Culture discipline at Convene, I am relaunching my coaching and people strategy consultancy, Aubergine Partners. In 2013 I joined Convene on a six-month consulting project to create a People and Culture function. At the time, Convene had 38 employees. Six months quickly turned into a remarkable six-year journey where we built a formidable values-based culture, offered coaching across the organization, and earned multiple awards for employer of choice and “Best Workplace” as the company grew to over 600 employees. Aubergine Partners, which I founded in 2013 after 25 years as a human resources executive in the luxury hospitality industry, has evolved to focus on three of my passions: people & culture platform, executive and team coaching, and strategic alignment . We give our clients a unique competitive advantage through a process that aligns an organization's purpose and values with business strategy. We accomplished this at Convene with unprecedented results, including:• sustaining an employee turnover rate under 15% • an increase in employee satisfaction from 89% to 94% while the company doubled in size• a 70% rate of employee referrals for Convene job openings and career opportunities.
