The Audit and Assurance Director plays a key role in overseeing the establishment and implementation of the Firm’s quality control system as it relates to accounting and auditing. The Audit and Assurance Director leads and directs accounting professionals and support staff by setting goals and guidelines, managing budgets and schedules and oversees delivery of quality audit and assurance services to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. The Audit and Assurance Director ensures consistent application of accounting policies and procedures and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and pronouncements.

I have 20 years of experience in servicing a myriad of small and medium size entities. In addition to performing traditional accounting, auditing and tax services for various not-for-profit entities, homeowner associations, franchises, retailers, contractors, etc.,I assist many clients on how to improve operations, procedures and controls.
