I am currently Co Director of Karuna Institute in Bristol which offers professional trainings in Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy, leading to accreditation with UKCP.I also offer mindfulness based psychotherapy, supervision and consultancy.Alongside this, for the last 15 years I have provided psychological consulting to HR teams and organisations in the UK and Europe and delivered training for staff support & wellbeing. I have written articles and taught on aspects of trauma and resilience. From 2000 - 2010, I provided critical incident support, resilience coaching and employee assistance for a global brand. My career also integrates experience as a Learning and Development Consultant with organisations across voluntary, public, commercial and financial sectors, creating interventions tailored to enhance organisational strategy, in particular focusing on communication skills, management training and personal leadership coaching.
