With over 20 years of experience in public administration and policy making, I have a proven track record of delivering ethics guidance and advice on key health and research issues at national and international levels.My core competencies include healthcare ethics and law, research ethics, relationship development, and teamwork. I have led and shaped government policy and legislation on topics such as reproductive health, end of life issues, transplantation, and COVID-19 vaccination, through constructive collaboration with multidisciplinary expert groups, academics, and practitioners.
