Primary technical support for the on farm teams in Germany, UK, and Scandinavia. I lead and developed these teams while developing their understanding of farm practises and ultimately how to implement Alltech's technologies on farm.I was also involved in training and coordinating our Dairy Career Development Program candidates and training the on farm team in Asia. It was my responsibility that these teams were trained efficiently on farm. I had to ensure that they were capable of successfully utilising the skills they acquired during training to identify how to position Alltech's on farm program and provide and develop solutions that wouldl demonstrate the value of this program.

My main role was to co-ordinate, develop and support the on farm program in South East Asia. This involved being the primary technical support for the on farm team based in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. I was directly responsible for leading, training and supporting the growing on farm team in these countries. I was also involved in projects, implementing dairy development programs in co-operation with some of the most dynamic dairy organisations in Asia. This involved farm management, education and nutrition development with selected Co – Ops and farmers to ensure continuity of supply of quality milk through education of farmers. During this time, we supplied the necessary education and management for participating farmers to achieve increased output and efficiency of production and change how the industry provides essential nutrients for our rising population.I also held the position of Technical assistant to Global dairy consultant Jack Corless. We worked with some of the largest and most progressive dairy producers globally. Our main focus was on improving efficiency in a manner that will fundamentally improve production and improve animal health.
