•Responsible for the entire quarter end close including the review and posting of all required journal entries within Group closing deadlines, to ensure compliance with Group accounting standards•Preparation of local GAAP results on a quarterly basis for European branches of the Company & of quarterly management accounts and variance analysis reports to provide accurate financial reporting for management.•Support the planning process of the company, particularly in preparation of accurate expense budgets & support management in development of business strategies.

• Co-ordinator for Global SOX process – review of process flows, internal controls, liaising with internal and external audit teams.• Blackline Administrator responsible for management of local Irish team informing responsible parties on status of reconciliations, updating risk rating attached to individual accounts and quarterly reporting on user access.• Designed, developed and implemented a continuous improvement project involving refund from fund receivables.• Preparation of monthly management accounts including detailed analytical review of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts. Identification and resolution of errors as part of review of balance sheet reconciliations.• Regulatory reporting with CBI and CSSF and internally for group reporting purposes.• Clear, relevant and productive communication of information within Corporate Reporting team and Finance on matters concerning technical updates which may be relevant for example amendments to an IFRS or SOX process during monthly meetings. • Management reporting to various groups both local and within group and liaising with stakeholders on any accounting queries.• Preparation of statutory accounts, communicating with external auditors and assisting with any queries during audit. Assisting with the preparation of the audit files required for SOX audits within deadlines set.
