Job Profile:Understanding the clients requirement and providing them with relevant profiles.. Sourcing candidates from various sources like Job search portal- Naukri, monster, and job postings.. Checking the quality of the profiles and processing for further procedures.. Screening and short-listing the resumes according to client requirement based on required skill sets and other requisites.. Coordinating the interview processes.. Coordinating with the client and getting Feedback regularly.. Maintaining the database by making regular updation.. Collecting the documents of the candidates for the joining formalitiesResponsibilities:. Getting clarity on the open requirements on a day to day basis.. Responsible for Full Life Cycle Recruitment process and placements (Right from getting requirements till the offered candidates join).. Utilizing various sourcing methods like Web Portal, Employee References and Internal Database.. Building a healthy relationship with our candidates.. To Counsel, Potential offer candidates regarding their CTC expectations and also to ensure that the Internal Background Verification Checks are done before the offered candidates join our Clients.. To do a weekly follow-up with all Offered candidates to identify any concerns (if any) until they join our Clients.. Coordinating with the clients as well and keeping a feedback record.. Taking care of admin. Going to the client place for organizing the interview process, selecting the candidates, training the candidates as per the requirement.
