Current title is the Restaurant General Manager at Brushfire tacos y tapas in which I am responsible for such tasks overall as hiring and training, leaderships training, customer service, coordinating with local vendors, distributors and project managers, overseeing day to day store productivity and overseeing employee relations and performances. We at Brushfire pride our selfs in being positive in our daily actions and also providing positive and edifying experiences to everyone we come in contact with. Our company mission is more than just serving quality food but also to make a difference in our community. We want to influence people in our community that we can make a difference and we can affect peoples lives in a positive way.

Direct Sales Representative at Charter Communications and was introduced to a high pressure, competitive sales environment. As the company's direct sales representative my job was to market and sell Charter products and services. Our sales team practiced local marketing and networking strategies to promote new products and services through marketing strategies which included; door to door, cold calls, onsite radio advertisement, Networking with local Buisness and establishing relationships. Through my mentors and being around experienced sales executives I learned to effectively manage a territory and earned my way to one our our teams highest producing sales rep and was recognized as one of the top leading sales reps in the Reno-Oregon-Washington KMA region.

I was hired as a seasonal department employee and my main job was to accommodate customers. I was cross-trained in every department in the store, then promoted to Golf Specialist and was recognized as the Golf Sales Authority. I held extensive product knowledge in Golf equipment, Sporting goods equipment, snowboard and ski equipment, shoes and accessories. Some department duties included; analyzing weekly sales reports, product merchandising, receiving and organizing product flow, building advertisement displays for features products and overall responsible for maintaining proper department operations.
