I work closely with our customers to understand what problems they are trying to solve, then use my expertise to guide them through the integration process to a successful go live. I'm an energetic team player, constantly working with the Product team to ensure that customer feedback is heard and is used to improve our products and processes.GBG offers a suite of identity verification services which help to fight fraud. We are at the cutting edge of electronic identity verification (eIDV) services and are constantly moving along with shifting compliance requirements in a rapidly moving world. I work with customers & Product to help develop these new capabilities.I have a long background in technology and solving problems of all sorts, with varied roles including search and rescue robotics, QA Lead for a public cloud infrastructure project, Business Process Modelling, and a host of bespoke software development, documentation, business process improvement, technical writing and customer-facing consultancy, both pre-sales and post-sales. I am process-driven, enjoy making sense of complexity, and enjoy learning new domain knowledge. I code in Python & C# and pick up new tech skills quickly.Outside of work, I have dedicated most of the last 20 years to playing and coaching ultimate frisbee, where I've competed at six World Championships, winning 2 x silver and 1 x bronze medals, a European Championship gold and 4 UK National Championships, one as a captain. I'm most comfortable in a leadership role where I can apply my strategic knowledge & passion for competition. As a coach, I've travelled around the world and am often in demand for my writing & analysis skills.
