Sion Setton has had exposure to many different denominations of all religions throughout many organized trips which he has attended which allowed him to connect, communicate and interact with many people whom he encounters. He also has been traveling to various communities around the world including: Thailand with American Jewish World Service, Dallas, Tennessee, San Jose, Manchester, Israel, Turkey, Maryland, Boston, ect. On each adventure the mission was focused on humanitarian or educational and professional development. He has a love for the land of Israel and takes every opportunity which comes his way to spend time there; after all he is named after the land of Israel- Sion. He serves as the Youth Director at the Edmond J. Safra Synagogue in NYC and is in charge of growth of the Sephardic Youth at Ramaz Middle school during the week- facilitating services every morning and teaching Halakha and Sephardic Liturgy.
