As a Referee, I am hired to over-see and observe competitive esports matches to make sure the game runs smoothly and the matches are ran on time. Making sure the integrity of the match is kept at a high level, so there is no cheating or match fixing accruing from the players and observing the game to make the players are playing at a high level and communicating with trading with any problems with matches and recording the correct results on Excel. After the matches are concluded I will review how the players played the game and analyse whether they played to a good standard, and I will also analyse the statistics after the game to find ways they can improve.

My job role at Milton Keynes Play Association was that I help set up the activities for the children, for example setting up sports equipment. It was my job to ensure the children were having fun but most important that they are safe from any harm that comes to them.I got promoted to trainee team leader position.My job role got expanded as I responsible not only for the children and the other staff members. The job role included leading the staff members, making sure they are staff and all the play sessions worked without any problems, and if they do arise I deal with them effectively and efficiently. I also gained customer service, as I was talking to parents a lot and seeing how they enjoyed the experience and if they had any issues.

Working as Football referee, was a very challenging job as this was my first ever job.Firstly I had study hard for my qualification to become a referee. This job taught me a lot like how to handle angry parents and what to say to calm the situation down, and understand that no matter what you do you aren't going to make everyone happy.While working as a referee I also learnt how bounce back from making a mistake and how to handle one if I have made, and working as a referee I was taught how to listen to my linesman and how to work together as a team, because if we all worked together as a team then the game will be a lot better for it. Time management was also a very important part of this job, as I had to make sure the game started on time, and keeping track of time of the match so the correct amount of minutes has been played.
