Very strong on I.T. service delivery skills such as ITSM & ITIL, with a measurable & official corporate experience. I also have a good understanding of RDBMS mated with profeciency in SQL for efficient maintenance of database systems. I have reasonable understanding & knowledge in programming languages such as Python3, Html / Html5, PHP & JavaScript with Certifications to go along. Currently expanding the scope of my understanding and skills in Python, JavaScript & PHP with organization such as Udemy.
