Sipho has the proven ability to develop contemporary solutions and deliver timely and accurate results, while building and maintaining effective relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients. During her tenure as a Management Consultant, Sipho has executed numerous projects related to Strategy, Organisational Design, Integrated Energy and Resource Planning, Natural Gas, Liquid Fuels as well as Energy Systems and Technologies. She formed part of the project delivery team that successfully developed Phase II of the Regional Gas Master Plan for the Southern African Development Community (SADC). Moreover, Sipho has undertaken projects for various clients in the private and public sector across Southern Africa, including national and provincial government departments, regulatory bodies, parastatals, private entities, as well as national and international Development Finance Institutions. The multidisciplinary knowledge Sipho has gained, underpins her ability to offer skills and insight that spans various industries, namely, Water and Energy Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Research & Development, Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare and Higher Education.
