I applied statistical and machine learning approaches to study the relationship between genetic mutations and proteins within the structural interactome framework and to study drugs using network pharmacology to facilitate treatment development for human diseases.

I studied the neuronal scaffold protein Shank3 in search of its interaction partners using bio-chemical approaches. In addition, I applied protein purification techniques to study the phase transition resulted from the interaction between two neuronal proteins PSD95 and SynGAP.

I conducted behavioral tests on mice pre-exposed to shockwave for evaluation of the effectof repetitive traumatic brain injury (rTBI) on cognitive functions, and examined the effect of rTBI on phosphorylated APP and tau levels by western blotting.
