Qualifying as ACN's first NZ Regional Vice President (RVP) within 5 months of the opening of the market Nov 2006 with a personal team of 10,000+ people, (within 7 months) - I averaged 10 Million+ in turnover pa over my 6yrs experience with ACN. Although very appreciative for all that was learned with ACN - together with the great people I met, I believed that the Compensation ACN offered and paid me didn't "scratch a scratch" on the value I provided. No fun at all in that! Hence, I moved away from ACN at the end of 2011.

Although a great experience, following 2 years as an Assistant Professional at Wellington Golf Club (Heretaunga), and a further 10 years on the South Pacific Circuit, I finally arrived at the conclusion that due to my need for fun, I was not going to be where I wanted to be playing Professional golf. A greatly appreciated time that taught me many of the success skills and thinking that I took into the business world.
