Cowork with Europe project team(include RD&Quality &Purchase&Logistics&process ) to finish the project from NPI to mass production(.major product is switch & control panel for autocar )Daily job is as below :1.Project team member in NPI team ,co-work with the design enginner to review the DFM and make study the potentiality process risk &new technology ,PFMEA study and check with the team2.Base on the detail process to design the automatic production line,prepare the line SPEC,ask quotation from supplier,co-work withpurchasing to select the supplier for the line3.According the project timing plan to defination the industrial&action plan ,leading the team to follow it closely4.Travel oversea for equipment pre-acceptance and custom clearance ,follow up the line installation and tuning ,ramp up5.Package define for customer,and validated the components package6.Project improvement make sure all the data(efficiency &DPPM) touch the target which define in the initial period.7.Help project manager to make the quotation and investment for new project (process &equipment )8.Audit the SMT process for PCBA in supplier site,make sure process in control9.globle process standard committee member Shenzhen pilotHytera

1.Follow up new project in NPI team ,togethern woth design team to review the DFX, make fully analysis and formulate related flowchart，write general process specifications，FMEA。(main production:interphone ,cell phone)2.Evaluate and balance resource to improve the production FPY for mass product,let it run smoothly;3.process improve and new technology input4.new assembly fixture design and input5.Problem solving and trouble shouting ，operator training

1.Join in the ODM NPI team,Co-work with customer (Inter) NPI engineer to define the initial process ,PFMEA ,relate document forproduction (main production:PC PCBA board)2.Summary all the issue during each trial run ,join the conference call afer trial run to discuss the solution for next step3.Write the training materal for the operator for the new technology4.Leading workshop to evaluate and balance resource to improve the production FPY for mass product,;5.Improve the production efficiency, reduce the production wastage.
