I was involved in the end-to-end deal processes: from initiation, pitching, to product placement, in case of an offering, or to deal closing, in case of an M&A deal.For example, I helped EGAT, the state-owned electric company, raise $650mm by creating the first government infrastructure fund. Because of the unique approach that benefits both people and government, the Thai government is now using my approach as a role model for financing future infrastructure projects. If this model is replicated only for EGAT’s 10 power plants, the Thai government can secure $30bn infrastructure project financing with minimal impact on the country’s financial stability, while also providing secure and profitable investments for the people of Thailand.
