 Ensure smooth operations by creating work schedules and specification guidelines for the installation of Solar Based System i.e. Solar Home System, Solar Building Systems, Solar Street Light and Solar Pumping Systems.  Conduct on-site meetings to discuss project progress with crews and troubleshoot and resolve any issues/problems impeding smooth workflow or project deadlines  Determine yearly price increases and profit margins for products by evaluating competitive pricing structures and market acceptance for price increases  Responsible for Designing solar Home System, Solar building System, Solar pumping Systems and Solar street Lightning system. Responsible for Energy conservation calculations. Responsible for supervising the contractors in the field. Responsible for Making Documentation including PC1, proposal, letters, Pre-Qualification Documents and Technical sanction. Conduct site inspections to check on work progress and compliance to work specifications. Conduct order support and pre-sale design activities to ensure that customer requirements can be met in accordance with product standards Responsible for Managing the daily, weekly and Monthly progress report. Responsible for the training of the Sub ordinates at site. Responsible for the making of detail plan for solar projects. Managing the contractors at site to complete the Project within the estimated time. Responsible for identifying requirements to meet the project delivery schedules and in determining solutions if any Handle the tasks of monitoring solar power performance Perform operation and maintenance of power systems to ensure quality control Responsible for conducting performance analysis to provide long term performance of system Handle responsibilities of providing strong technical in input in selecting solar technology Responsible for the Installation of solar PV system. BOQ Making of Solar PV system
