Joined as QA and worked on multiple transcription projects, content creation projects(travel related), and annotation projects. Working as Acting Lead where my primary duties include maintaining trackers, assigning files to the curators, updating curators with the latest guidelines etc.

My primary duties here include checking the curated facts of entities such as Animals, Planets, Actors and performing QA according to the guidelines and suggesting the correct facts by searching the web. Giving feedbacks to the curators to avoid same mistakes.

Worked on many tasks including Adhoc, DSAT's, Freshness etc. My primary role here was updating the task pane of a search engine according to the latest updates and raising DSAT's if there is any wrong information.

My primary duties here include checking the transcription by ASR and making the required edits to improve virtual assistant responses.

I used to process voice reports dictated by physicians into text format. My primary account was of Orthopaedic, but I have worked on wide range of provider from Rehab, Neurology etc.
