I have the experience of working within a Pharmaceutical industry but for the first time working with a vietnemse client from an international platform is very amazing and challenging. Rieckermann has already marked 120 years of existence and services to the world for the betterment of Humanity. My colleagues are from around the globe and it is a great experience to know cultures, learn a new language (a word if not fluent) and bond cultures, share love, respect and representing my country. I always loved to travel around the world and meet new people despite of all the challenges it brought but the more difficulties one bear we grow we learn and we have something to share.Covid-19 changed the world, it was a huge humanitarian crisis since decades but still hope is there and great organizations activated their resources to save lives. I'm currently part of an organization that is working very hardly with utilizing all their resources to save lives. Covid-19 Vaccine manufacturering is not easy, it is one of the most complicated projects with many and many involvements of machine, human, science and technology. It is a proud moment for me.

Afghanistan

We are doing HVAC projects in over all Afghanistan.As an Executive I am responsible for the expansion of the company, Planning for sales by brining the right strategy and team and moreover taking decision that leads the corporate towards achievements of the goals. Kabesh is Expert in Chiller (Air cooled, Water cooled, VFD) VRF units Air handling unit design, installation and commissioning for the commercial, residential and Industrial projects.

Herat, Afghanistan

Responsibile for the complete Project Management system; Pharmaceutical is a different type of industry the whole facility is divided into different Zones, classified and non classified areas. The humidity is always a challenging part of the work due to the rules and regulations of Pharma Standards as like GMP and FDA.The Fresh air treated or untreated needs a special concentration to be considered.I was responsible to look over all these challenges in design, execution and after installation.

Responsibile for the whole Mechanical part of the project as a Quality control engineer and moreover to control the below parts more specifically, -1 Chillers -2 HVAC-3 Firefighting system-4 Clean and black Utilities

Responsibile for the- Procurement of the Chiller, AHU, and indoor units. - Installation and commissioning.- service after installation for one year- Quality control

I was responsible for HVAC project over all, it was US-Crops of Army project located in Jalalabad, Nangarhar Afghanistan. I am well fimiliar with the corps project, standards and practical work at site.
