It has headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in Jabel Ali Free Zone, and it conducts all manufacturing in the UAE• Forecasting and ensuring timely delivery of the project materials.• Responsible for providing an uninterrupted flow of materials, supply and service to meet customer demand.• Responsible for utilizing logistics IT software to optimize procedure with warehouse team for preparation shipment.• Negotiating freight charges with freight forwarders / Shipping lines.• Preparing shipping documents as per Letter of Credit T&C• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.• Arranging shipping documents, MOFA approvals and certification origin from Dubai Chamber of Commerce.• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.• Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
