Shura Island Programme 06 Hotel West 2, The Red SeaDuties and Responsibilities:•Coordinating project schedules and monitoring overall construction progress with due supervision in all stages.•Review all contract documents to ensure congruity and minimize patent and latent ambiguities.•Prepare a list of materials to be purchased as scheduled.•Attending Pre-Bid Meetings, Site visits, Negotiation meetings.•Verifying/ preparing BOQs from Tender drawings.•Issuing requests for quotation from time to time according to the project’s procurement plan and project requirements.•Preparing sub-contractor's liabilities.•Preparation of interim payment application and negation with Engineers and Client’s representative•Update and Maintain required Logs such as Subcontractor’s invoice logs, variation Logs, IPA logs Subcontract tracking Logs and other required correspondence logs for respective projects.•Preparation and submission of Variations and agreeing with Engineers and the Client’s representative.•Facilitate the preparation of Contract change and prepare the relevant variation orders•Attends Commercial Meetings and records minutes of meetings.•Preparing Project Cost and Cash Flow Reports.•Assist in the preparation of Monthly Progress Reports.•Preparing Monthly Project Valuation for review with the Finance Manager• Verify subcontractors' and suppliers' interim payment applications and variations. Issue the payment certificates, and assess the Subcontractor’s and Supplier’s variations and new unit rate build-ups.
