With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College, I have developed strong skills in data encryption standards, server management, and network security. I am passionate about these domains and enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of professionals.Currently, I am a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Concentrix and a Supervisor at Pomeroy, providing technical support and solutions for Symantec encryption products and services to various clients. Some of my key achievements and responsibilities include:Working as a Senior Technician and a Subject Matter Expert for Symantec Endpoint Encryption/Symantec Encryption Management Server (PGP), analyzing issues, managing encryption, configuring IIS, AD and SQL database, troubleshooting email encryption failure, Single Sign On (SSO) issues, and data recovery, performing health status checks, providing best practices and technical architecture solutions, and handling Linux environments.Managing tickets of enterprise security (Symantec Endpoint Protection) and providing remote support within internal SLA for clients, assisting them in managing network security on critical systems, installing, configuring, and maintaining the Symantec endpoint protection anti-virus software, and pushing the updates to clients on server level.Overseeing network performance and capacity, identifying potential network problems and alerting the correct personnel, diagnosing network errors, troubleshooting network issues, tracking and documenting network incidents, maintaining weekly and daily reports on SLA adherence, and conducting daily one-on-one calls with business partners.My goal is to continuously learn and improve my technical skills and knowledge, and to deliver high-quality and timely solutions to clients.
