Software Engineer And Researcher At The Sellers Exoplanet Environments Collaboration (Seec)
I developed a model of chemical time-evolution of exoplanetary atmospheres in reaction to the space weather. Used >5000 chemical, photochemical and particle collision reactions, 300 species including isomers, isotopes, major quantum states and temperature dependencies of the reaction rates. I performed an analysis of the reaction network and perfected it by extrapolated reaction rate in the undefined temperature ranges. I programmed in Python, Fortran, and Javascript. The model helps to predict the terraforming scenarios, identifies the observable signatures of habitable exoplanets, and will be available open access in EMAC GSFC/SEEC and used for perfecting of construction of space telescopes for exoplanetary observations.I am the first woman from Armenia to intern at NASA.
