After graduating from Touro College with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy, Sira specialized in hand therapy for several years before expanding her interests to include a Pilates Rehabilitation certification. She also incorporates her years of dance training and a Dance Medicine certification from the Harkness Center when teaching proper body mechanics and alignment to prevent injuries.
