As a civil servant with support from the World Bank was working with different agents in the agriculture sector, and analyzing the entire value chain from farmers and suppliers to agents handling transport, export, and marketing. Through these initiatives, the project team enabled a collaboration between the public and private sectors in order to resolve the most pressing challenges in the Jordan Valley region. creating future action plans for strengthening competitiveness, one of main inputs will come from the stakeholders (farmers, private companies, etc.), which will actively be involved and informed through whole project duration. As such, reaching out to these stakeholders in order to:• Leading the project team with suggestions and information on the industry• Attend the set of Public Meetings and invite other companies that we might have forgotten• Contribute to the definition of action lines during the 3rd Phase of this initiative

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist "Increasing the resilience of poor and vulnerable communities to climate change impacts in Jordan through Implementing Innovative projects in water and agriculture in support of adaptation to climate change", composed of nine sub-projects executed by 6 national institutions. The overall objective of the program is to adapt the agricultural sector in Jordan to climate change induced water shortages and stresses on food security through piloting innovative adaptation technologies (treated waste water reuse, water harvesting, permaculture, etc) and utilizing ICT tools and early warning systems as adaptation means, and policy reform linked to agribusiness.
