•Create strategic plans for the company at the group level and participate in the entire process from planning to implementation. •Take charge of business development with foreign partners at both the group level as well as the subsidiary level. •Look for investment to finance the projects, including film co-production projects for Chengtian film division, overseas business expansion for Chengtian artists’ management division, and investment in Chengtian cinema chains. •Led the entire process of John Woo’s Red Cliff project for Chengtian and Chengtian’s partner Avex, including early-stage negotiations, finalizing contracts, and implementation.•Established Chengtian Bohong Advertisement Company, as the entertainment marketing division of Chengtian group, to consolidate and commercialize all intellectual properties within the group.•Created Chengtian’s official English-language website.

•Established the development direction for SEEC media and explored new projects internationally and domestically, •Represented SEEC in all international negotiations and directed the entire process of cooperation, including term-sheet drafting, contract negotiation, contract drafting and final signing. The foreign partners included Time-Warner, Meredith, and Condé Nast.•Facilitated the entire process of liaison between foreign partners and the local team until the new projects matured.

•Helped well-known international magazine titles find local partners in China.•Advised clients on overall strategy for entering the China market, researched and identified potential partners for each client and acted as liaison for contact with Chinese partners.•Facilitated the entire process of reaching an international license agreement, including term-sheet drafting, negotiation and arranging legal consulting.•Was involved in the entire process of launching the Chinese edition of an international title, including business plan development, team assembling and training, and strategy development for advertising, circulation, marketing and promotion.
