Create real project plans, in order, for students to effectively learn and understand project management objectives, processes, tools and techniques.Perform team building exercises to further examine staffing process, project planning elements, and project communication.Challenge students by requiring students to develop a team project plan.Expand knowledge using various educational tools such as MS Project, SmartBoard, and Integrated Management System, etc.

Monitor and oversee claim transactions submitted electronically.Independently run queries using SQL Servier in order to generate reports for accurate audits of EDI filing. Utilize data analysis, process analysis, and personal observations to identify potential improvement opportunities to VWC's EDI program, etc. Serve as a main contact for Quality Assurance EDI Unit when issues or opportunities arise relating to the EDI Program and VWC's EDI Compliance effort.

Serves as the gatekeeper of institutional data.Operates data conversion equipment to generate and verify a large variety of subject matter information from many types of source documents.

• Accountable for the management and supervision of former Virginia Governor Mark R. Warner’s Virginia High-Tech Partnership (VHTP) Scholars located in four regions around the country. • Developed and maintain the VHTP’s website (www.vhtp.org) utilizing Adobe Contribute. Add new online software, LinkedIn and Evite to the website to encourage and increase networking between VHTP Scholars and company representatives. • Provided presentations and online briefings utilizing Microsoft SharePoint to the VHTP Board of Directors.• Created the VHTP’s first online newsletter, “Making Possibilities into Realities” utilizing Microsoft Publisher to inform the program participants and the community about VHTP activities.
