Accounts Referential team- Update and maintenance of the clients database;- Opening of securities and cash accounts - 1st order processing and validation;- Processing controls in order to mitigate the risk of the activity;- Setup of fees in cash accounts.

- Projects and studies of engineering;- Management and supervision of the construction of residential buildings.

- Contract management for the maintenance and refurbishment of buildings (contact with clients, preparing intervention plans and budget estimates, price negotiation between suppliers and monitoring the works);- Contract management for the construction of new buildings (preparing budget estimates, preparing and monitoring the works, controlling costs and deadlines).

- Working on defining the strategy for improving the Energy Efficiency of buildings in Mediterranean region under the European project MARIE - Mediterranean Building Rethinking for Energy Efficiency Improvement;- Study of solutions and materials for improving the Energy Efficiency and Sustainability of buildings (preparation of papers and reports, participation in conferences, technical seminars and other events related with the theme of energy efficiency);- Preparing applications to calls for scientific research and technological development (SR&TD) project grants.

- Integration of the construction management team responsible for building the Museum of Tomorrow, a project of the Architect Santiago Calatrava in Rio de Janeiro - manufacturing and assembly of the steel structure;- Construction management procedures for complying with costs and deadlines defined by the project manager (preparing raw estimates, controlling the quantity of the structure produced, monitoring the steel structure production, programming expeditions for the construction site of steel structure and other materials, controlling the contract documentation);- Accompaniment of assembling procedures in the construction site.

- Preparing intermunicipal operations for improving the Energy and Water Efficiency of the municipalities that constitute the Alentejo Litoral region, as Project Manager;- Monitoring the physical and financial execution of public works co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
