As the Director of client services, I‘m responsible for the development and coaching of our onboarding, integration, account management, and billing teams. My primary focus is to ensure exceptional customer support through strong client relationships, retention strategies, and reduced churn.

Oversaw a dev and design team responsible for integrating our software into client’s web sites. During my time in this role, I successfully improved processes and coordination resulting in decreased integration times, less iteration and better adherence to client look and feel.

Guided my onboarding colleagues with effective time management strategies, reviews and feedback for improvements. During this time, I led the launch of a new cross-selling opportunity by creating documentation, call flows, email templates, and training the support team.

Managed an average of 75 clients at a time by offering personalized solutions and ongoing support to ensure they were maximizing our service and services of our third-party partners. I was continually successful in beating our internal expected time-to-engagement metrics for my clients.
